@DIPTA DAS Hi! Good to know you! Yes some corals are banned so allowed are available in indian market. Soft corals are easier to maintain along with anemones! They do not require lots of reactors unlike hard corals. Here the marine lights for corals are expensive than normal fish only lights but soft coral and anemones lights are far less expensive than lights for hard corals. Chiller is needed depending on which part of India are you residing as 26° water temperature needs to be maintained...this is true for both fresh water and marine aquarium. Skimmer is anyway required in all marine system. I have a 100 gallon freshwater system now and have chiller made in India ( 50% less cost than imported chiller available in market😊) and also have SCP 180 wave maker.

In this video there are lot of things that we don't really need to do, to keep marine tank in india . . Im having marine tank from last 8 years ( tank size - 6 x 2 x 2.5 . Sump - 4 x 1.5 x 1.5 ) and now I know that we really don't need very much . . 1. Never listen to person holding a aquarium related shops. . . 2. We really don't need skimmers in our system unless and until we keep corals . 3. We really don't need wave maker unless and until we keep invertebrates . . 4. Sump alone is the best filter and it will take care of everything . 5 . And plz don't spends money in test kits. Just purchase a refaractometre .and take the sample of ur water to municipal corporation/ TA dipartment they do it very accuracy in ₹50.. 6 . water change is not needed much. If u cycle the tank for atleast 1-1.5 months in starting . I do it in 6 - 8 months only 10 litter just top up with RO water to maintain the volume. ( Salt is costly ) . Otherwise salinity will increase. .

My molly got sunken belly disease and I've read its a parasite so does that mean it will spread to others ?? Idk how it got in I've been keeping those mollies for 4 months not added any new fish but still... I've read there is no medication and killing the host fish is the only way to save the tank and other fish.. I can't do that and fish stores wont accept that fish if you know any solution please let me know or if killing is the fish is the only option then also...
