Note:- don't do technical analysis, it is good for just trading. 1:-sales and profit record 2:-employees number & revenue record 3:-see sales growth instead of seeing price 4:-Compare similar companies 5:-check promoters and owner past track record 6:-cashflow record 7:-check if similar fundamental of company available at lower price.

**Lets take this example :** It's a world cup semi final between India and New zealand. People will look at rohit sharma and virat kohli's impressive past records and current World Cup form. Hence, these two players would be quite overvalued. Everyone would buy them. BUT as an investor our job is to find *Ravindra Jadeja* who is going to outperform them and buy him instead of those expensive players. But people will ignore him as he was rested for almost entire series. I think it takes something special to be an investor, its not everyone's cup of tea.
