The webinar is hosted by Nicky Hardwick. Nicky has more than 15 years of experience as a Generalist in Human Resources and Employee Relations. Nicky regularly chairs disciplinary hearings and deals with various aspects of misconduct, poor performance and incapacity management. Nicky also regularly attends CCMA and sees first-hand the pitfalls of a lack of understanding in this particular area.
