One thing people need to understand is that if you are ever in a self defense situation, it ain’t like being at the range. Your heat rate and adrenaline are going to be through the roof. Try sprinting 50 yards, drop and do 25 push-ups, sprint back 50 yards. Now go to your holster and draw and fire. Most will be lucky to hit the target. It’s a completely different ballgame when it’s split second decision making and a threat only a few feet away. Practice static so your reflexes are automatic. But practice real life and compare your results. You’ll be surprised at the difference. Then work on evening them up👍
