Can we ‘translate’ this organ into a MRNA-vaccine (79% human DNA) and Ask if the vaccine could induce autoimmune respons? My brother (35year) got autoimmune respons couple of weeks after vaccine. Spent 21 days in intensive care with mechanic heart-pump.

Our immune system doesn't always recognize a drug or medicine we take, is the reason for that, is that the medicine molecules does not have a antigen to be recognized as a foreign body by the immune system?
