basics is my fave song from the album, trouble is the close second i honestly think jype should just let dahyun and chaeng write the rap verses they write better flows in their bsides imagine having that in their title tracks P.S i will geek out i think trouble's rap verse the one chaeng hits has a structure very similar to "a boy named sue" rhyme scheme which is very jyp since he likes it when they sing as if they're talking. and it's interesting because jihyo wrote, co-composed and directed the recording of the song.

Glad you chose random k lyrics.... and additional info... twice member's have been writing songs since their debut till now specially chaeyoung who's been writing the rap parts of their other songs since then... so if you go back and check their every album from their debut you can see the members name as lyricist as everyone of them has been credited for it and just last year jihyo finally started composing as well....

i really like TWICEs raps especially dubchaeng in this album. Chaeyoung has this rapping style where she raps in low tone, borderline whispeing, slurring her words like she's drunk.. ughh... Dahyun's sounds a like a lot of air in between words, felt like you're hopping between clouds. TWICEs raps sounds so laid back and chill. I can't mistake their rapping style for other rappers

Chaeyoung spitting the bars since sixteen era but at the time she become a twice ,her rapping part are not like the same as before aside they both sharing part with dahyun she has also barely had a long line rap and not so kind of drop beat coz its mostly cutesy.

actually in the album sneak peek, queen of hearts captured my ears first but when I heard the whole album, Brave was my favorite following basics, gone, and queen of hearts then when we were kids. In trouble, I wasn't really expecting the beat since in the album sneak peek, mina's part was spoiled or the bridge part. It's my least favorite but not saying that it's bad, it's just that I'm not into that kind of music like a kind of bar songs or club. Jihyo's very talented actually, no problem with it. 10/10 album fr

Basics lyrics were very direct when it comes to relationships when you already know your worth you'll also want that person to be as worthy for you (like being cool about it for the time being "Imma call my friend up take on my make up imma sleep good tonight ok" I like the attitude here haha) and then they will send the location to be with you later. Alam ko kuya may binibigay sa kanila na theme every comeback tapos ayun isusulat nila. Pero madalas raw pag nagpprepare sila album, kung sino unang magpresent na magsulat, sya na magsusulat. Dahyun has mentioned that for their Korean albums, they're given a theme of the song and then they write the lyrics based on that, while they're free to set their own themes in their Japanese songs. Most of their self-written songs are from personal experience, but I think some of them just come from their artistic minds 'cause I remember Nayeon wrote Make Me Go (More & More EP) based on a scene from a killer movie she was watching while on a plane. She wrote it down because she was bored 😂😂😂
