When it means that halal/kosher meat is prohibited does it also count for non-meat products such as snacks and candies?

Yup I guess if the cake contains egg so it should be avoided if you wanna follow the rules strictly. Avoiding the proper meat stuff and having the same thing in form of snacks emphasis our hunger and our taste 😅 . That's what I believe. Rest is on you 🙏
