Just seen this and as a retired police officer, may I say this is the most appalling behaviour by these three individuals. Inappropriate, unreasonable and unacceptable. They do not have the right to request this individual’s details and indeed even as a police officer, details they can only be requested if there is reasonable suspicion an offence has been committed. This clearly isn’t the case here.

I pop round two times a week & go to the shop for him.. My neighbours say im nuts as think he is a weirdo. They dont know anything about him.
