"Loftus Road"...OMG what a fantastic layout. Exactly how I would like one to be if I ever build one. Thanks for posting.

It's based on Kensington Olympia station, and it looks amazingly authentic. The detail, right down to the disused track to the left of the southbound platform is superb.

Again a really wonderful video report. Stay safe at home if you are able. That's is the best to prevent an infection. A disinfection against viruses is very important too. All the best to you and your relatives.

Well done for capturing this. It's a shame that so many other events are being cancelled, but given the age of some Exhibitors (including me); it sounds like a sensible idea.

Thanks, plenty of shows to visit after all this is over :)

Nice video. Let's hope that we will be able to see some more shows before too long. BTW Sherton Abbas is by far my favourite on this video, as I love to see steam and the recreation of a bygone age.

Thank you - while we've had to stay away from our clubroom, we are very much looking forward to setting LR up again and getting her ready for exhibitions sometime in the future...

This show was quieter than normal which helped keeping away from others and plenty of hand washing as well.

@@matthewcapham07 Sorry I can't help. Look up the name of the layout i.e " Loftus Road" and you will probably get more information about the layout from the people who made it.

@@neilmossey Thanks for replying Neil. @Matthew Capham - All the trains you see belong to various club members who operate on Loftus Road. The Silverlink Class 150s are Bachmann Collectors Club models and are occasionally found on various internet auction websites. The same applies to the BR Class 43 Harry Patch, which as Neil Mossey has said is a limited edition as well. The Class 450 is made by Bachmann and can be found for sale through various websites, including Hattons and Kernow Model Rail Centre. The graffiti was applied by another club member, based on a photo I saw so this one is unique... At 5:10 there is a pair of Bachmann Class 37 DRS locos hauling a pair of Nuclear flask wagons, followed by the Bachmann Silverlink class 150. Then there is Harry Patch, which is passed by a Bachmann 4-car S Stock London Underground set. Again, I would suggest looking at Ebay or similar sites as the supplier, London Transport Museum has now sold out of these. After the look around the streets of Earls Court, you then see the Class 450 (6:30 on the video) and then a Bachmann Class 37 in Europhoenix, with a rake of 100T TEA wagons by Revolution trains. James Makin's Bachmann class 37 then pulls a rake of carriages around before we see a BR Class 121 in Silverlink from Dapol. The next new engone is made by Hornby and is the Loadhaul Class 56, pulling a rake of coal wagons. In the station bay platform at 9:50 is Pete Hollman's BR Class 33 in Fragonset livery pushing a Bachmann LMS Inspection coach. Finally we see a Bachmann Freightliner Class 57 pulling a rake of mixed container traffic, whilst a BR Class 70 in Freightliner livery stops at the station with an engineers train modelled by WMRC club member John Gowan. Not sure how much this helps you Matthew, but Loftus Road has taken us over fifteen years to build as a layout and would be very difficult to put a price onto. We have been to many shows and sadly, with the Covid-19 pandemic, we have had to miss going to any more shows for the forseeable future. However, there are many videos of Loftus Road on KZbin and we hope that you will enjoy these, including @SP Rail's excellent footage. If you want to know more about the layout, feel free to contact me and I'll help in any way I can.
