If you see some of the OG nail techs would have a hot plate under the bowl you would have your nails soaking in. The heat helps a lot, don’t get me wrong using the steam seems like a game changer though!

I just tried it today! I purchased this months ago! And I’m very disappointed!! I had to put it in there like six times! It didn’t do the work for me like you showed on the video! A piece of garbage!
