All fine, but service is not upto the mark. First of all, no response, if at all When we enquire about the doll, they are asking to visit kanchipuram. Poor response. Very disappointed. Very very expensive too.

Exactly I am totally frustrated , not an exaggeration, I ve called them from Hyderabad atleast 12 times over a months period , everytime he asked me to call me again as of now he s busy. Very bad response. Everybody cannot be travelling down to kanchipuram

No point in contacting him. He's a total waste-no response. I've been following up with him for more than 15 days, but he never responds. Why is there so much hype around him? And why is he asking for our last year's Golu photos? Buying dolls is totally our choice. We should be able to buy what we want, and we pay him for that. We didn't ask for his suggestions. People ask him for delivery because we can’t access his shop. If he's only delivering to elderly people and pregnant women, then he should stop saying that he delivers all over the world. Nandhini ma'am, please don’t promote these kinds of people-they don’t know how to treat customers. Everyone has money, Baskaran sir, so please treat all customers equally.

We know what is new variety and what we want to buy according to our budget.. the doll which should be in my home golu, should be decided solely by me not by you, respectfully. Nandini ma'am promotes many Many artisans and sellers in and around India who aren't this arrogant and have no visible complaints like you. Kindly scroll the comments section and see for yourself. I Suggest you to Serve Your customers if you have time to rather comment us. Besides it's not my job to educate you to run your business. Oh and please you're mere the Tip of iceberg in the mammoth glacier of artisans. Try to treat people with humility and recruit enough manpower to atleast open the WhatsApp msgs.

இவரு போன் எடுக்கவே மாட்டீங்கறார்.. நம்ம கொலுவைத்த போட்டோ அனுப்பினால் தான் rate கூறுவேன் என்றார்...ஆனால் அதையும் அனுப்பினால் 10 நாட்களாக follow பண்ணுகிறேன் இன்று வரை no responce....

@ All our beloved customer Every one of our cherished clients. Nandhini madam is, first and foremost, a family friend. She promotes all artists and all areas due to her kindness. We choose to begin directly delivering dolls to homes during COVID-19, but we never anticipated receiving as many calls as we do and lack the necessary manpower. As far as the customer is concerned, it's both pleasing and unsatisfactory. Additionally, Baskaran never shows favoritism toward foreign clients and constantly considers the needs of the consumer, recommending those who are unsure about how to maintain golu. It's extremely simple to comment, but please try to comprehend that this is not a one-man show there are hundreds of our relative and family survive of this business

Hereafter I don’t give any videos for Mr Baskaran. His videos are the videos I am getting so much of complaints he was asking apologies and requesting me to do videos and giving false promises and I trusted that he will change his attitude towards customers and keep the promises but kept doing the same thing hereafter i am not ready to give vlogs for Mr Baskaran i personally apologise for giving such a video so sorry 🙏
