What size are you using for your long strips?

Hi Christine, for the long colorful strips, I start with a 10” square, then subcut it into 2 1/2” strips. After the 10” colorful strip is attached to one background square and one colorful square, I trim the 10” colorful strip to 4 1/2”, so each quadrant of the block measures 4 1/2” square. I cut the very long background black strip at 2 1/2” wide by the width of fabric (approximately 42”). Let me know if you have any other questions and thank u for watching!
