Basketball Drill - Coach K (FULL BREAKDOWN)

In today’s video we look at a drill to work on the technique of many different fundamentals. It is one of my favorite drills of all time. We used it a lot during our warmup period of practice to get the players bodies ready for practice. The diagrams seen in the video were created using FastDraw software. Enjoy!
