There is a clear bias in the commentary. When Mumbai scores, they are all hyped up, but when Madras does, their tone clearly represents their inner resentment. I'm glad they trounced Mumbai and rubbed it on their faces

@@withnithin Wasn't it late for the 0 step bcz he had both feet on the ground and stopped the dribbling and then took 3 steps so a slight miss in the timing? Correct me if I am wrong

im getting more exposed to indian basketball via youtube and i really have to say there is a few things that really make me cringe: when the game is at the end of 4th quarter and one team has clearly already won, they never slow down and use the time on the clock. in fact, the winning team gets even MORE aggressive...whats the point? here in USA thats poor sportsmanship (like "dont kick a man when hes down"). why did they do such intense defense against bombay at the end of the game? why did they attack the basket so hard for more points that dont mean anything? other than being a bad display of sportsmanship, it also risks serious injuries that will make a player sit out of the game for months - maybe even end his sports career. also, why when the game is a blowout (sure win), the coach does not take out the strong players to let them rest and avoid risk of unnecessary injury? also this can let less experienced players gain some game-time minutes and gain confidence and become better in the future. it makes me think there is too much ego in indian basketball instead of trying to advance the basketball culture. 🤷‍♂ wishing all basketball players long healthy successful careers. ✌
