Hey man, I just want to throw some positive feedback and encouragement your way. I watch a fair amount of retro gaming content and your little channel is one of my favorites. You might not have the most subscribers or views in the world, but keep up the good work. You have a really distinct and laid back style to your reviews that makes them not only funny, but kind of cozy. Your scripts and delivery are more polished than quite a few similar channels with hundreds of thousands of views. I hope your channel grows. It deserves to.

I never played any basketball game on NES back in the day, but after watching your video I felt the need to grab Tecmo NBA, and played it for a while earlier this evening, then my 8 yr old son joined me, and it got funnier. There is also Homebrew games for the NES as well. Even then, you still have exclusive famicom games as well

Of the 5, I agree that Tecmo NBA Basketball is the best one although it lacks some of the polish and fun factor that Tecmo Super Bowl had. Double Dribble is pretty basic but is the easiest to pick up and play.

haha! Jordan vs Bird. A nostalgic one for me. I'm nowhere near a basketball/sports fan but had that game...don't remember how I got it, it probably was a bday or xmas gift from a relative...but we made due with what we had, and I had fun with that game for what it was. Can't wait until you take a look at it!

Can tell Vic Tokai games just from the music, and double dribble when I played with my brother we made a rule to only use corner 3 point shots twice a game cause of the program oversight, you would never miss no matter what, oh it was mentioned in vid, didn't know it was on family guy,gotta check it out

A great set of reviews. I don't favor sports games but I still feel like I got a good taste of what playing each of these is like. But I have to side with @SNESDrunk though. What are the odds that your randomizer picked all of these basketball games all at once? 🤨 😜

I really wish someone would fix techno basketball. Please add a turbo button and fix the sprites a little. It feels that all the players play the same. It said feed the pigs with the hitch hikers..... That's really dark. Pigs eat bones and there is a saying, do not ever trust a pig farmer. Hitch hikers get killed alot throughout history. I have hitch hiked my whole life throughout the USA. I did the other day in NY lol

All these games make excellent donors for reproductions of much better games that are way too expensive to buy....But Double Dribble is good, so it gets a pass.
