Greetings from land of Bhakhth Shiromani Meera Bai I am fortunate that I was born and brought up at a place close to birthplace of Bhakhth Shiromani Meera Bai. I belong to a family where recitation of Meera bhajans is an inherited tradition. I have a very fond memory from my childhood that my mother always used to sing Meera bhajans flawlessly while pursuing her domestic chores. Me and my father we both like Prabhati bhajan of Meera Bai. My mind and my soul is brimming up with great pleasure that a highly respected Saint from land of Rajasthan has made deep impact on people of Southern pole of India. Divine personalities like Meera Bai cannot be associated with a particular region or particular society. Saints are always immortal and they belong to whole world, they belong to whole mass and the kind of reverence you have displayed through your voice for Meera Bai, reiterates it. Your rendition of ‘ Baso Mere Nainan Main Nandlal’ bhajan inculcates ‘ EK Bharat Shresth Bharat’spirit. Thank you very much

The month of Margazhi (Mrigasheersha) is the month of tapas and bhakthi. Usually in Tamil Nadu, we get up during early hours - 4 am and do bhajan. In Mylapore Chennai where I live - Shri Gnanananda Mandali group go around the temple streets singing bhajans. This is one such. Thank you
