@@hellennassuna-hy9pv we are polyglots legally because official languages are Kinyarwanda, French, English and Swahili but for Ugandan it's too rare to here someone who is not from DRC,Burundi or Rwanda to speak French fluently such as those comedians except seminary attendees.
