Bass Boat Engine Swap Ep2: Gantry Build and Engine Mount

I built a gantry(overhead hoist) out of wood in this video. Don't do this!
I made it in order to lift an engine onto a boat that I couldn't carry myself.
Swapping the 65 Mercury for the 115 happens at the end. I will finish the wiring and start the engine in the next video!
