Which music would be the best one to use then? All of Bass' boss fights didn't strike me as "boss music". I feel like using a Robot Master boss theme would be more engaging than his own.

Personally, his MM8 would kind suit him and his Power Fighters theme could work as well But honestly, any other music would work instead of that blasted X1 boss theme again 😐 😐

Damn I must say X Dive probably has the best Bass bossfight yet not only is he using his traditional rapid fire shots as well as his charge shot but hes even utilising Megaman & Bass weapons and to top it all of Treble even shows up and actually assists which is also a reference to the Power Fighters surprising you didn't point that out

Anyone else notice that Bass is the first robot to disobey programming and have gems? I think Bass was the first Reploid (not X, sorry), and the beta for Zero. That having been said, the great Zero could probably take out Bass in a couple swipes of his beam saber.

My headcanon is that Zero awakened and went into a rampage. After barely surviving and putting Zero into undefinite sleep, I assume MegaMan and ProtoMan were dead by this point, Bass begun being heavily modified by Dr Light with his plans for X. Considering Bass' rebellious nature, Dr. Light decided he'd put him through 30 years of "moral tests" before declaring he's worthy of humanity's trust. You could see that, as a couple of centuries later, Copy X didn't take those tests so his personality heavily resembles Bass'. Either that or ProtoMan becomes X and Bass becomes Vile in the Reploid Era...
