This video takes me back to before the dam was built, I would go fishing with my Dad in the many ponds in the area. We would always have a great time, plenty of fish. I can hardly wait to go fishing in the lake.

I grew up on that lake, and yeah---it's always been known for hybrids. We used to catch them with large feather jigs pulled behind chugging corks.

Your right about that. I have another crankbait rod with fluorocarbon and I just changed my chatterbait rod to fluorocarbon. The underpin rod's next. Thanks for the advice

3:31 this is not the same lake it was back in the late 80's and early 90's. Back then it was full of 6-8 pound bass but the last time I fished it, it was full of spotted bass and I caught very few largemouth. Why is that?
