If you like top water stick bait, you can go wring with the Rapala skitter v for an erratic side by side sway movement. My favourite is large mouth bass.

I've thought about doing a lure comparison between the Rapala Skitter and the Heddon Super Spook. Two similar lures, but not exactly the same. Let me know if you'd watch that video, please.

I like the Mike bocco mini bull Shad glidebait. Not the custom version cause those cost like 100 buck a pop and above. I love walleye fishing and I always keep my limit.

I like Rapala crankbaits as well, although the deepest I've ever had to go to catch bass in my neck of the woods (central NC) is about 15 feet. Had one catch on a deep diver down to 19 feet. Are you further north than me?

My all time favourite is the mischief Minnow from Freedom tackle. The extra spinner flash is a killer bass attention. And that is what I like to catch them large mouth with.

If you want to try to catch a pike the I just use the same sufff I use for bass fishing and troll with it or use a top water in open waters

My favourite lure that I think you should try if you haven't already is the Yozuri 3D Twitchbait. Work well on a slow twitch as it sink slowly. My favourite part is it works great with large mouth and small mouth bass and that is what I am after.
