Gig'em! Tournament are like a roller coaster, it's a series of highs and lows. Excitement, fun, anger, disgust, frustration, amazing, best day of your life, worst day of your life. That's how I would describe it.

Thanks for watching! I might hit up that tournament on the 27th myself. I have not been there in years but I hear the grass is coming back so the fishing should be alright

LakeForkGuy its 2018 and fall n winter fish have been better then the summer bite. Its so wierd.. So get ya a cold tournament lined up on loudon n holler when u need a co angler and we will go win..
@LakeForkGuy11 жыл бұрын
I would say around 4-5. You have your heavy action rod for flipping and frogs, your medium heavy rod for lighter texas rigs, weightless flukes and senko style baits, and spinnerbaits ext. Your medium action for cranking and and topwater and other treble hooks, then a medium or medium light action spinning rod for finesse baits. This will cover your basics for bass. You can have as many as 20-30 rods when you get really specific with techniques

Did you go up toward Concord or Louisville on the Loudon side? Just wandering because I catch a lot of big fish around there. Post spawn all the way thru summer pitching docks is key then I transition to square bills on points mainly but also deeper crank baits in pockets

join a jr club thats the best start and learn as much as you can look around to make sure there are jr clubs in ur area go to a local tackle store and ask they should help ya
@jacobsauerfishing50511 жыл бұрын
Hey bud, I'm 15 also, last year I was in you're situation, I wanted to start bass fishing tournaments, but didn't know how. So I went online and searched up jr. bass clubs in my area(Missouri), I found a jr. B.A.S.S club, joined it, fished the 7 tournaments and the state championship, I must say, I was more than happy, it was easier competing with kids around the same age as myself, and it was a good time all around, I was able to get in contact with some pros, and also learned a lot!
