I’m sorry, can you please explain your reasoning again as to why a Sus4 vs Sus2 is irrelevant? Those are different notes entirely. You said that it doesn’t matter because a Gsus4 has the same notes as a Csus2, but how does your reasoning make any sense at all? Those are different root notes.
