I bought my wife this exact ATV 2020 570 in black from Bass Pro Shops for about $5k and it has been absolutely fantastic, I have the 2019 Artic Cat 700 and hers actually has better clearance than mine it does have less power but my wife is small (5”5 120) so it’s more than enough for her and it has done everything she wants it to from riding around on the land to hunting(I’ve actually drug a 1500 lb elk out of a ravine with it with no problem) to just playing around, only upgrades I’ve done was installed a BlackBear model back seat so she can ride the grandkids around with her. I haven’t had problems with the headlights being bright enough and we do drive it around at night on the land, camping and hunting and everything has been great. I would definitely buy this again.

My second cat. The 500 core was great, this one is a tank. I change oil, filters and a battery. That's it. It's Uber reliable. It's quite, great for towing and chores. It makes plenty of power. It looks great, comes with great tires. Enjoy it, it very durable. It's heavily made. These are not toys these are for chores and rough terrain.

Usually the people that have issues with their ATV's have them at the bottom of a mud pit every weekend. Yes they're meant to go through the mud they're not meant to go under the mud same with water Just because it can do it doesn't mean it's good for it.
@GiveAbundance7 ай бұрын
Exactly. If you take care of things, most tend to last awhile.

Dude I’ve been riding dirt bikes and atvs all my life and your comment can’t be anymore true. Imo in the modern age just choose a colour and bike you like…maintain it and it will last just as good as anything else.no bike is perfect but the brand bashing after having ridden every brands and owned almost all of them is just plain silly.

Great Video. Spot on with the Tracker losing value faster than most other ATV’s. Never buy any sports equipment new, when there are a ton that are on Facebook Marketplace that guys buy, but never ride. Just bought a used 2022 Tracker 600 for what you paid and the guy selling it only had it out two times. Also never have Bass Pro install a plow or bumper kit. Trackers don’t have the 3rd party accessories on Amazon like Polaris does, so Bass Peo charges over $2,300 for a plow kit and over $2,000 for add on bumpers
@GiveAbundance7 ай бұрын
I agree 100% about the Facebook marketplace thing. If you buy new you pay all the taxes, set up fees, and then they depreciate like a rock after a couple years. Glad you got a good deal on that 22. You liking it so far? If I could find a decent deal, I wouldnt mind upgrading. I would probably sell this one with my plow on it to get a little more money out of it.

There is a big difference between the arctic cat at the tracker. I talked to my arctic cat honda dealership that I've bought all my race bikes from. I own a tracker 570 as well. Yes u can wheelie with one. I can do a KZbin video of it as we beat the hell out of ours

What's the difference between this tracker and the arctic cat 500 alterra XT engine, or is there any? The cc's number size sounds different I think. Good video btw
@GiveAbundance5 ай бұрын
Thanks for the compliment! Honestly, compared to the 500, I'm not sure. This is a 2020 570, and it is exactly the same thing as a 2020 Alterra 570. Other than the grill insert and different stickers. From what I understand, when Textron bought AC, they worked out a deal with the owner of Bass Pro Shop's to sell rebranded arctic cats as these trackers. If you are in the market for an AC atv, you can save a lot of money buying one of these.
@biosphere84885 ай бұрын
@@GiveAbundance your welcome and yeah, I just bought a 2016 ac alterra 500 xt, and what I found online is that it's engine size is actually 443cc despite being called a "500". So it seems like there's some slight differences but I'm not entirely sure.

Exactly, I want to support USA made products, but like foreign brands too. With this Tracker, I think it will be hard for me to ever sell since my friend from high school worked on it. We are still good friends, but live on different ends of the country, so I don't get to see him much.

The front end looks okay but it looks like a roided out front end on a riding lawn mower. Otherwise they seem like a decent machine for somebody who just needs a machine but doesn't want to spend a lot of money.

You hit the nail on the head. That's exactly what this machine is for. Someone that wants to use it around the farm or maybe for hunting. It's not like a super nice machine you baby and worry about getting scratches. I use this one all the time and I'm honestly shocked at how much I love it. My friend that engineered the suspension said the 570 is actually very well made and supposed to be bullet proof. This thing is probably one of my favorite toys I've ever gotten, may sound crazy. I also really like that it's made in the USA. I would actually consider a newer one if the price was right.
