I see all your videos almost. You share good information in your properties paji, but sorry this property is not worth considering for there is not enough natural sunlight in the living room. Even in other rooms the sunlight provision is hardly any broad in windows. Same property, if you switch of all the lights and make a fresh video you will notice what i am saying. You do such hardwork to make videos for buyers. Buyers love and trust you. You are very sincere. My request and suggestion to you, please share all shortcomings of the property too while you praise the merits. Buyers will trust you more with your honesty in sharing pros and cons. The entire was excellent. Just one thing to add was a mirror against the wall or cupboards. After all ladies would always love to admire in the mirror. Not to say we men too would like to see the mirror. The rest of the house is superb. And yes excellent presentation. I would definitely like to buy this house but the only thing is I'm from Mumbai else it is a definite buy from me. Still let me know the last price and whether it is negotiable.

I love to watch your videos as you describe it so well but there is a major concern about dimensions of every house i don't know why are you lying about dimensions. I can proove it from here the tiles you laid down are 2 feet in drawing room and the living room has 4 and half Tiles laid on the floor (4.5 x 2) 9 feet not 15 feet . Erliar you lied about the main road out of a house you said it is 45 feet road even highways are not have that width . So please don't missguide people or if the dimensions are right then prove it with doing measurement on videos .
