The AORTA of the percussion section. With out bass drums you have nothing. I am a big big big Buddy Rich Fan and man when buddy used that One Bass drum on his solos he punctuated it. Bass Drums whether on drum set or with drum corps are the HEART of the whole drumming world. thanks for posting this one.

Something I use sometimes is an app called Acapella. One video plays the downbeats, the other on the off beats. It may be a little difficult to work with at first but I’m sure you’ll be able to figure it out :)

it's still the same exercise as the beginning, it's called neganacht; they're just repeating the section after the buzzes/legatos you can usually find it in the BCP packet (free on their website around audition times)
