#BassReflex Enclosure for Cheap Local Woofer Driver, लोकल वूफर से बनाएं बेहतरीन बास रिफ्लेक्स Box.
In this video I have explained Bass reflex or Ported enclosure Design for Cheap/budget local available Subwoofer of size 5.25 Inch. These drivers are easily available on local shops as well as online. I have bought one only for Rs. 180. Though these are coming from different sellers but all are the same. TS parameters are not provided by the seller in most of the cases, however one seller has specified the TS Parameters. By inserting the TS parameters in the AJdesigner software, I have calculated the dimensions. You can use any type of wood for the construction. Details of the Box are given as below:
Internal Volume of the box :12.49 Liters
Internal High of the box : 27.50 Cms.
Internal Width of the box: 17 Cms.
Internal Depth of the box : 26.50 Cms
Diameter of the Port : 6.35 Cms ( 2.5 inch)
Length of the Port : 14.58 Cms.
Diameter of the Driver : 5.25 Inch

@@kiran.m.parmar4076 मेरे 2.1 बॉक्स मे TDA 2030 चलाया है ब्लूटूथ पावर सप्लाई के लीये अलग से 5 वोल्ट का ऐडप्टर दिया है मेरा ऊफर 4 hum का है लेकीन उसका ईनक्लोजर 2" × 8" का बेंड पाईप कीया है बॉक्स मे पोलीफायबर का भी इस्तेमाल कर दीया है। ऐक झोटे रुम के लीये बढिया आवाज ओर बेस भी बढीया मिलता है। अब मुझे कार का ऐम्लीफायर लेकर ओर ऐक मुझीक सिस्टम बनानी है मेरे पास सोनी का 2चायनल वाला ऐम्लीफायर है सोनी के 8 ओम के 2स्पीकर ओर पायनर का 1100वोट का सब ऊफर है जो 750 RMS पर चल जाता है। मुझें बस ऐक AC DC कन्वटर ब्लटुत मुझीक सिस्टम ओर MDF का आच्छा बॉक्स चाहिये....आशा है मे जल्दी से जल्दी बनाऊ

Mai bhi same method use karta Hu same speaker ke ts parameters copied Kar le ta hu. Las ek bass mini tee banaya tha 7000 ka sirf encloser Mai laga bahut accuracy wala 8th order 6inch speaker.

2050 in bridge mode is not suggested. However with lower power supply and 8 ohms load it will work. See 2030 bridge circuit for reference. It is same for 2050 also.

Iske upper bhi ek video banaiye jarur .. jo log apna system khud design karna chahte h 80% people ko is bare m pta nhi hota. Wo paise waste kar dete h …but shi combination na hone se perfect sound nhi milta …. Bass , mid, treble me se kuch nhi upar niche ho gaya to sound me perfection nhi aata …so please guide us

Thanks for this useful and informative video. I have branded bookshelf speakers on the same lines as described by you. As per my experience the bass port is best if in front. It gives easiness in placement. The back firing bass port lead to boomy bass if not spaced 1 ft from back wall. Same applies to side firing bass port. Overall very nicely explained.

Hello Sudhir ji Can we make speaker box in glass? I saw tower speakers by waterfall, France. Its main drivers are however sealed in isolation (by athoms) but sub is not sealed. I am really excited to make such a thing.... What will the challenges except proper sealing.... please enlighten!

Gar Mai ts parameters nikal na Bata toa do ge par speaker ek dynamic mic ka Kam karta agar is liye ap ko noise isolated room chiye jo garo Mai possible nahi Hai. Dummy load and volume se nikal ta hai aur best method Hai days v3 or v2 perfect nikle ga us se Mai bahut nikal chuka ts parameters par gar Mai accuracy nahi mil ti aur audio Mai accuracy ke hi paise hote Hai.
