Analog cab sim- Yes!! The Drive function works well as an analog cab sim on the Aguilar Tone Hammer, and the Origin Effects Bassrig cab sims are analog too- superb!

Seems to be one of the best new amplifiers on the market. How loud is the fan? Is the fan temperature controlled?

Both the sound and the features are EXTREMELY convincing Edit: sorry for being useless and not answering your question btw lol

Hey Gregor, wo kriegt man den denn her? 5-Band EQ, extensive Cab Sim, eingebauter kompressor… jup, meine Anforderungen für live Gigs sind erfüllt 😜 Edit: ach ja, und eingebauter Drive. Nice!

I did not use an amp on stage for more than a decade. Why should I?!
@Andyanddiana46715 сағат бұрын
Just thinking the same thing. I’m trying to transition from amps to in ears!

If you see no point in it, then you’re completely right to use something else

@@lowfrequencywizard I did not want to troll anybody. But I think bass amps on stage are just a tradition theses days. It's totally fine to be a tradionalist, we also have a ongoing interest in analog synths for example. It's just that in a modern setup going ampless with in ears becomes more and more the standard, depending on the kind of music/gig it already is the standard.

@@f.herumusu8341 all good man, my comment was intended to agree with you and encourage people to use what they feel is right, and not what’s the current hot sh*t. IEM systems definitely have many advantages over the classic amp setup

@@f.herumusu8341 all good man, my comment was intended to agree with you and encourage the idea to use what feels right to you, and not what’s trendy. I like the classic amp setup more (probably for the reasons you mentioned), but have also experienced many advantages with IEM systems

Made in China... The Trace Elliot excellent brand and amps (with UV light on the head and GP-11 preamp) are far far far away. I regret the brand, I never feel comfortable with the Ashdown amps sound signature.
