I wouldn't bother with a skimmer if the pond is enclosed. Then you can max out your water level 😉

Hi Lee, great entertaining vid as usual! I think the percentage on your autofeeder = how much you want the feeder to increase feed by, if you're using it to grow on. Set it to 0 and it will feed the same amount consistently. The Fd setting I think then is for the amount of feed, I guess measured in amount of time it's on for. That's a garden (orb) spider btw, wolf spiders are more like your house spider and can shift 🕷️ 😳

Profi feeder set up. P is the percentage to increase the feed by each day. If you're growing on the feed amount can increase automatically as the fish grow. I leave mine on zero Lee, found this on the Interweb, thought I would share as I'm guessing you don't want to increase your feeds on a daily basis 👍

Not too sure on the flexi pipe but I know a lot people say you shouldn't use rubber fittings in concrete. Could you not dig a diagonal channel for pvc pipe and use 45s instead of 90s

I did try the diagonal route as you can see I stated the channel but would have been to high at the end off the pond so would have had to lift the hight off the slab!!

@@leehadfield6881 could you channel down the middle and come under the wall and then pop up the otherside of the wall maybe? Would be a nice straight run then and no need for rubber or flexi pipe. More work I know but you love it anyway haha

Got one of those skimmers and the floaty flappy Weir thingy does the job up to over 2/3 of the height of the opening

F sets how many feeds you want a day, and the Fd sets the Total amount of feed time. So if was set at 1:30 and you set the F to 6, you will get 6 feeds at 15 seconds each (6 x 15sec = 1.30). The % sets how much you want feeds to increase by each day, so if you're growing on the feed amount will increase automatically as the fish grow.

found this in the manual Fd -Set the total feeding time per dayFor adjusting the total feedingtime per day, press the “Set” button until the display shows “Fd”. Then hold the button for 3 seconds until the display flashes. Now you can adjust the required minutes by repeatedly pressing the “Set” button and the minutes with “+” and “-“. To store thesetting press and hold the “Set” button again for 3 seconds.Example: The setting “10:12” means that the total feeding time is 10 minutes and 12 seconds at one day
