Jennifer Hale is a SAG-AFTRA voice actress. She wouldn't be able to do this unless she was officially contracted to do it under union guidelines (and it's not cheap)

Advice: humans focus on faces. If you want to get a lot of effect at little cost, invest in a piece of face motion capture software. Iclone for example can do it using only a camera.

That Bastilla face, I'm not sure. Something feels off, though I cannot place my finger on it. Despite that, this series is raring up to be truly fantastic. Ya I agree, there is something about the eyes that not right, apart from the actual iris color not being the correct color as bastilla has grey and this one has green. I personally feel they should have just gone with a look more like the cover art bastilla

I think the key differences are in-game Bastila has her hair pulled back from her forehead, more shadowed eyes, darker hair, paler skin (though this may be due to lighting), and more colored lips. The harsh contrasts help give her that "schoolmistress" look. This version is a bit "softer", I think. Still super excited.

this is really a dream come true. When I was younger first playing Kotor I would often dream of doing wht these guys are doing. I can't say thank you enough. I'm just hoping the animations and lip sync come along nicely. I don't know how big the team is and how far you guys can take the quality of it. Anyway I hope this gets the support it deserves!

Honestly at first glance she looked off to me so I compared it to screenshots of the original game - bar what appears to be heavy lip liner, winged eyeliner and threaded eyebrows, it's a perfect match. All the underlying actual facial features are spot on.

It looks a higher resolution version of Bastilla in the game. Bastilla likely was modeled after Jennifer hale, it's quite common for video game and animated character to look like their VAs.

I'm kind of glad they never made a movie for KOTOR because you saw what they did to the last series... It would be horrible if the extreme nostalgia for the game were to be ruined by poor planning. I played the game the first time when I was about 9 years old, and have since beat it about four more times...and I could play it again, in fact I think I will. It never gets old, just for the story alone, how the game creates a true feeling of "the past" in the Star Wars universe is just amazing.
