probably cheating but im so bad at tracking and rely on flicking that sometimes i rely on swiping and making use of the shots between ticks when my aim in a specific moment isn't landing. sometimes it works for me sometimes it doesnt. my aim isnt consistent to begin with so its very hard to challenge anyone with good aim ending me with more losses than wins as i cant just push through gm with somewhat good positioning and ability usage. maybe not as common in high gm/t500 lobbies but im sure plenty of people make use of swiping and shooting. btw i play mostly rammatra, cassidy, torb for pushing ladder.

Swiping and Shooting is a weird technique, but sure it probably works sometimes for low-mid ranking lobbies. The key word there is the *sometimes*. I don't think this particular cheater missed a single swipe shot; every single time their shot was lined up for a hit they took the shot and they *never* took the shot when it would miss, even if it's not an obvious missed shot. Even the best of players putting in the effort to aim miss shots, a lot of the time due to taking a shot that might hit but has no drawbacks for missing (such as the case where the cheater in this lobby didn't take the shot at the peak of the Ana's jump) - after all, you miss every shot you don't take - but this person never took a single shot that would miss, while using an aiming technique that decreases your consistency in exchange for hoping the random factor from a swipe lets you hit what you would've otherwise missed. All of this to say - swiping on its own isn't what gives this cheater away. It's suspicious as hell in a lobby this high ranked, but isn't the deciding factor. What gives this cheater away is that they only took shots which hit, never took a shot that could go either way and never missed. That gives away aimhacks, the swiping lets us tell what kind of aimhacks they're on
