Sounds perfect as usual your videos. Can you tell why drummers wiggle their feet as fast double bass? I see you don`t .

Good question! It's called swivel-technique and is supposed to let you play faster for a longer time, since you use different parts of the muscles in your legs, depending on the side your foot is turning to. You can play for example two beats while the heel is pointed to the right, then the next two beats the heel is pointed to the left. So the parts of the muscles that are used for the beats on the right can relax and recover while you play the beats on the left etc. I rarely use the swivel-technique anymore because I have found it to be extremely bad for my knees and I actually had to stop drumming for a few months because my knee hurt too much from it and my doctor told me to try to avoid that technique as much as possible. I know a lot of drummers who have no issues with it though, so I guess it all depends on your body and bone/joint structure... I do use it from time to time only with my right foot for counting though! Depending on the drum parts. Instead of trying to cound 16th notes (which is impossible) at fast double bass parts, I count quarter notes every time my right heel goes out to the right (I play only one beat per side.) I hope this makes sense ;)
