Yes composite bats are essentially carbon fiberish material and glue I don’t feel like rolling is cheating but shaving is.

They are polyurethane. It is the same thing skateboard wheels are made of except these are a bit harder.

This bat has already been broken in and is a softball bat so it has much more flex than a newer bat. You should put out some videos of your own so you can show everyone what an expert you are.
