বতৰৰ demandত বনালো instant icecream

Ingredient- milk700gm, custred powder 3 spoon, cream250gm,almond & pista
Process- 1st boiled milk in a kadhai now add 3spoon of custred powder into 1/2 cup milk and mix well.
Add the custred milk into the kadhai also add 1 cup of pwdered suger and cook for 15 mintes. When the mixture was thick turn off the gas and cool them.
Take cream in a bowl and blend them for 10 mintes now add the custred mixture into it and again blend for 15 mintes.
Refrigerate the mixture for 1 hours, after 1hr take out the mixture and again blend for 5 mintes and garnished it with almond and pista.Now again refrigerate it for 3 hrs.
Icecream was ready.
