Hello Kabir sir, I have a question for you. What happens when authorized and issued capital are the same (e.g., BATBC)? Is there an opportunity for BATBC to raise capital from the market by issuing more shares if DSE allows them to authorize more capital? How would this play out? Has it ever happened before in our market? I might sound naive here (regarding market investments, which I have been here for only 9 years). Maybe you can create a video on this topic, shed some light on this topic, and help us get educated. You're the first BD KZbinr Investment Analyst who breaks down everything in numbers (including the intrinsic value calculation) + SWOT analysis - nothing out of your own judgement but facts & figures. 1. If BATBC wants they can apply to bsec for raising authorized capital. They will get the permission easily. 2. But generally a company used to do that for raising more capital from the market through right shares. 3. BATBC doesn’t need any capital. They are very much solvent and has great financial health as per their balance sheet. 4. I Don't think they will do that soon.

Why have they decided to float all their outstanding shares in the market, i.e., Authorize cap = Issued cap? Do you have any similar case studies of what happened to a company when they decided to make Authorize cap = Issued cap (preferably in the Indian market)? Did they raise more capital or stay just like that, and their stock value increase/decrease eventually? Is that a good strategy for long-term growth, or has it changed the shareholder's value for good? Love to learn more about this unique situation and looking forward to hearing from you, sir. BATBC তো ঋণমুক্ত প্রতিষ্ঠান, নিজেদেরই প্রচুর মুলধন রয়েছে। সে ক্ষেত্রে bank interest rate এর impact কেন পরবে।তারা তো ঋন নিয়ে ব্যবসা করছে না।

এখনই না, রেকর্ড ডেট শেষ হোক, ফল করা শুরু হোক, তারপর। এক মাস আগেই তো একটা দিয়েছেন কবির ভাই, সেটা দেখুন। আর মার্কেটে লিকিউদিতি নাই, সো আগের ভিডিও তে কবির ভাই বলেছিলেন দাম ৮০,৯০ টাকা উঠতে পারে, সেটা এখন সম্ভব না। অনেকেই ৫.৫ বছরে ডাবল স্কিমে, ট্রেজারি বন্ড এ ইনভেস্ট করছেন, সেখানে ১৩%, 12% yield. LHBL 70 টাকায় কিনলেও এখন 7% yield, তবে contractionary monetary policy শেষ হলে টাকা ইকুইটি মার্কেটে ব্যাক করলে তখন ক্যাপিটাল gain পাবেন। আগে lhbl ফল করুক, তারপর একটু উপরে উঠলে কবির ভাই ভিডিও দিলে ভালো হবে। এছাড়া আপনি নিজেও intrinsic value এর একটা excel বানিয়ে চেক করতে পারেন।
