HOW TO MAKE SIMPOL BATCHOY

INGREDIENTS
For the soup stock:
1/2 kilo chicken bones
3 cups water
1 white onion
2 tablespoons fish paste (bagoong na isda)
salt
1 pack miki noodles
2 tablespoons cooked pork meat
1 tablespoon cooked pork liver
Baguio cabbage
onion leeks
1 teaspoon fried garlic
For topping:
chicharon
1 egg
black pepper

Mami type ng batchoy sya..iba iba version ng batchoy pero kahit ano add ingredients basta masarap ang soup yon ang nagdadala..try ko din Po t.y...sa Iloilo lapaz batchoy ni mang teds (original)tapos Dyn sa lapaz market masarap din.at sa harapan ng CPU central Philippines university Mismo sarap at super bango ng amoy kahit caldo lng solve na..

Sorry but it can never be a ginamos na isda... shrimp Paste is way close to the real batchoy. Coz FYI ginamos is bagoong na shrimp. It should also have a little tint of brown sugar. That really is a BATCHOY. Sorry to spoil your video about this. Coz My family owns a batchoyan since then.

Oh thank you for that. No worries abot the video. But is it like liquidy kind of shimp paste or more like the thai version? Ill look for that. Thank you. Manila also has a version of batchoy which is very different from iloilo batchoy so i suppose there isnt just 1 version. Or all batchoyans in your area use one recipe? Please share it with us. Simpol yes definitely. Only one recipe we illonggos make. Besides, batchoy was originated in Iloilo. The top comfort food for us ilonggos.
