Oh, it was my first thought when I saw the candle and that was before I realized that others were seeing the same Klan heads. BBW had so many departments that should have caught this before it got to this point. How did nobody from the design team, label production or webpage designers/posters not see this before it was shipped out to stores. Insane in the membrane!🤔😮

I didn’t notice at first the candle just looked ugly to me. MAJORITY of us didn’t see if until someone said something so that tells me 85% of us saw ugly packaging at first. I don’t think BBW intentionally try to offend anyone. However; I’m happy they quickly removed it .

That wallflower plug is cute!! You got some good stuff! Yeah that Snowed In candle needs a new label for sure but I feel it was unintentional on their part. But jeepers, of all the packaging they could do, that had to be the worst ever. Heard someone else say it looked like aliens to them. No matter what, it just didn’t look good. We know what they’re capable of producing, and they need to stick to it. Glad it was immediately pulled. On a better note, I got some of those cutie little crocs too. We’re just kids at heart 😂

My opinion on the candle is this. :) At first glance I didn't see it I looked more at the bottom of the label, but I did see it pretty quickly. Super disturbing. It honestly blows my mind this candle is selling for $100+ already for the ones who did get it. I would NOT want that shit in my house at all! I am glad BBW apologized and pulled it fairly quickly, and i hope whoever approved that design got canned for it. Hopefully its a lesson learned for BBW.

I saw it right away on the website and was upset about this candle Snowed In. I didn’t order it and then saw the discussion on Reddit. Now people are selling it for a lot online. I wouldn’t want it in my collection. I don’t know how the design team approved this artwork on that candle. Glad you got the Santa mug plug. Cute. I went to a store earlier and they refuse to sell anything early to me. That’s ok I will wait. Take care! ❤❤❤ Those pockbac holders are so cute. I need them.

My Snowed In Candlle just got canceled from my order today. All I seen was a Snowflake cut-out and then everyone was saying it looked like 👽 and that's all I could see🤷‍♀️. Girl my biggest scandal right now with bbw is that Frosted Forest that is coming out this year, is in fact not the same notes of the Frosted forest they came out with in 2020 that I loved. This year's Frosted forest is truly just "the perfect winter" that came out last candle day/sas. I'm pissed 😂🫠

I did see that candle and did share it on a Facebook group I am part of and didn’t like it one bit it was super offensive to see. I don’t understand how something like this can just pass by unforeseen. It is very offensive to the Hispanics as I’m Puerto Rican myself and other races to have to see. I am glad they took it down. I don’t know about the whole apology, but I sure hope so for the sake of different nationalities and different races I am one of those who picked up right away not just on was supposed to be a snowflake well a paper snowflake but also on the specs with the lights that resemble of cross I just hope that in the future, they pay way more attention to everything that they design not dress does candle design
