So glad I’m not the only one salty about the lack of coupons. When I went to go pay for my purchase the cashier was like “oh you don’t have any coupons? That’s a shame“ 🙄 I’m glad you still found a way to save. Bbw definitely need to revamp their coupon systems.

I actually feel the same way. I buy a lot at B&BW and never get any coupons. My husband received a $10 off $40 in the mail and he rarely goes to B&BW. Due to the fact that I’m aware that other people got 20% and, that made me a bit salty that I’m paying more than other people for the same candles, I only bought 5 candles in order to use the $10 off $40 coupon. I, honestly, would’ve bought A LOT more if I had received the 20% off coupon. It’s not a good business practice for B&BW. I don’t shop there unless there’s actually a good deal and I didn’t feel like $9.95 per candle was a good deal when others are paying $7 per candle.

I only bought two. I have plenty of old ones to enjoy too. I’ve been a customer for a very long time and rarely get coupons these days. I’m dialing back my spending with them.

Nice haul! Blueberry lemon sour is actually a direct repackage of that blended candle blueberry sugar and sugared lemonade. I got ten in store. Candy Emporium Top shelf elf Clausmopolitan Lavender Marshmallow Vanilla balsam x 2 as it’s a fave Saltwater breeze x 2 Sweet pea x 2 I really like top shelf elf so I ordered a couple more online Friday morning Plus, a peppermint hot chocolate for my boyfriend and they’re already here

Hi Claire, I totally understand how you feel about the coupons. I haven't been getting coupons either and it has definitely affected my decision to shop at bath & bodyworks. I only shop the sales now because I dont get coupons. I did do some damage at candle day. I ordered online because I couldn't get in the stores on day 1. However. I was able to smell them on day 2 and a lot of them are going back. I just wasn't wowed this year.

I have only ever shopped the sales and even then I won’t shop them without a coupon, so I definitely wouldn’t shop regular prices with a coupon either. Their Stuff just isn’t worth the full retail. Honestly, the $4.95 sale coming this Friday is about what the bodycare is actually worth. Quality keeps going down and prices keep going up on their stuff.

Hello, good morning. How are you doing today ??: yes , I agree with you Bath Body Works should give everyone coupons if your a regular customer. So, I do is called then , yes , I do , I asked them to send coupons to my mailbox, please put on the mailing lists. And , they did , i received in November, but in December, and see other people received in December. But ,sometimes nice associates send me coupons in my email . It really helps . What’s sad, is i thought we stopped getting mail in coupons because it showed in the app wallet. Meanwhile i received nothing. My sister however received $10 of $40 and let me use it. Lastly i believe the coupons are a tactic. They send it to the customers who barely shop to entice them to visit, meanwhile they know we shop regularly.

Unfortunately, I don’t think that’s true. It’s way more random than that. I think it’s a really poorly done lottery system that somehow excludes the same people over and over. I shop there pretty regularly and I get between 6 and 10 Coupon sets per year. Not bragging at all, just pointing out there seems to be no rhyme or reason.

I've been shopping at bath and body works for a few years now, I was late to the game, but am a regular and have spent a ton of money there. I basically have a section of a store in my house of both candles and body care. I thought I was the only one who didnt get a coupon. I have never received a coupon during candle day or SAS. I just got the random coupon a few weeks ago when i didnt shop any of those sales and would much rather prefer it during candle day when I get a lot. I don't understand why I don't get the coupon and was surprised to hear you mention your issue with it as well, since everyone on KZbin that I have watched got the 20% off. I'm lucky to get maybe 3 coupons a year and it's always at random times when they don't have a sale going on

B&BW hasn’t sent me coupons for the past 2 months 😩 I really would have liked to have one for Candle Day, but I still shopped anyway (online only). I just end up buying less and didn’t go in store since I didn’t really have an incentive to make time to go in there.

This is my first candle day but nothing really spoke to me and I have a lot of candles anyway so I didn't get anything. I did think about getting Candy Cane Colada but decided against it because the label isn't for me and pineapple candles are easy to come by elsewhere, I figure. It was really sweet of your husband to do that for you and I agree about the labels. They should really all be wrap around or at least bigger than a square.

I totally understand feeling salty, I felt that way too, so I didn't participate this year. I don't understand why they don't just sent everyone coupons. The last coupon I received was back in August then it was crickets. They'd make more sales if everyone had a coupon. 🤷‍♀️

They are unfortunately a very greedy corporation, and their sales are not slowing nearly as badly as other retailers, so there must be a lot of people who aren’t even paying attention to the sales, crazy as that is.

I skipped candle day this year because I got a lot of last season's winter/Christmas candles during the summer SAS anyway and while some of the new scents sound great I didn't want to dash frantically to the stores after a hectic Black Friday week lol. But like you coupons are scarce even for me and I shop there *a lot*. Their free gift coupons are a joke with the cap at $16.95 when most of their regular priced body care items are way over that! I have 4 of those coupons sitting on my member account because all I can feasibly get are some shower gels and I already have a ton of those. I'm gonna wait until this winter's SAS after Christmas, then cash in because there's literally no reason to shop B&BW unless whatever I want/need is already on sale.

If you mean the rewards, I use them on soap holders and candle holders mostly. Got that really pretty three wick snowflake holder free with one most recently. I also use them for smaller gift sets or cosmetics bags.

Based on the comments, we all can agree that Bath and Body coupons are very poorly distributed. I'm sure they only send coupons to infrequent shoppers to get new money in the door, but would it really pain them that much to appreciate what they already have? I used to drop serious cash at B&BW, but seeing everyone get these killer coupons and I get diddly squat was such a turn off. I stopped buying from them because of it, and will only shop SAS now. Such a shame, I used to love my little bath and body adventures. :(
