Was there a red “outlet” sign underneath the Bath and Body Works sign. If not, it wasn’t a real outlet. Many of them call themselves outlets just because they are in an outlet plaza.

Yeah, I'm thinking the same thing - sounds like this store wasn't a real outlet and actually just part of an outlet mall!

Yep there’s a bbw in an outlet mall near me but it’s not actually an outlet, just a regular store in an outlet mall

The broken mist…you have to push the nozzle down then sort of shake it out onto you. It’s a pain but there is no other way. I have 2 mists that I have to do that for. Needless to say they are in my use it up pile, even though I love the boardwalk taffy one

I used to live in az and the closest bbw store to me was an actual outlet 45 minutes away. So was the one you went to in Laughlin Nevada in like an almost empty mall? I never liked going to the outlet during sas since their deals are year round and not much better as you saw from regular stores during sas.

I’m lucky to have a true outlet near me😊 I’m sorry yours wasn’t a real outlet! Ugh 😢 I found a gingham love perfume last week for 75% off! Great haul anyways ❤ you can always use a candle warmer if your worried about the burning/smoke 😊

Hi! Greetings from Canada! I have picked up a couple of gems during this SAS. I actually walked into my local store yesterday and I picked up Butterfly in the perfume for 75% off. I was surprised to find a gem so late in the sale. For me, I feel like this was a better sale in comparison to the last winter sale. Here in Canada there are no outlet BBW stores or stand alone stores. They are very common in most malls and a lot of them are BBW/White Barn stores. Groovy Watermelon is a repackage of Pink Watermelon Blast. I see a lot of stores in the U.S. had an abundance of Vanilla Mocha Martini and not sure why people are not buying it. I love Vanilla Mocha Martini.

I bought a Sweet red mango 3 wick scented candle and a Summer boardwalk 3 wick, and Iced Dragon fruit Tea 1 wick as well. I bought the Watermelon Lemonade 3 wick scented candle. They are all new products for me to try out. I look forward to using them.

Tell BBW via chat on the app (or website, I think) about your defective product and they will ship you a new one. I just did that because the sprayer fell off of mine, and the new one arrived within a day or two. :)

I really like this SAS so far. Way better things than the Winter one that passed. I got quite a few products that are new to me and that I look forward to using and enjoying.

I have yet to buy/find a foaming/liquid hand soap that I like. I also bought Cotton Candy Clouds, Fruity Sherbet Scoop and Pink Watermelon shower gels. I never tried any of them. I bought Sunset Glow, Pink Watermelon, Pastel Skies full size body creams. Finally I bought 2 A Thousand Wishes body creams. These are all new for me as well.

Soooo sorry that your outlet was a big disappointment! I have been wanting to go to the outlet nearest to me in Orlando...I really hope that it is not a DUD too!😂 Love what you got though!❤️❤️❤️😘
