Just curious did you hear what the square footage of the store is? Some of the bigger "flagship stores" built in the 2002-2006 era were 4,000-5,000sf. Some of the biggest stores I have been in were Tyson's Corner VA and Oak Park Mall (downstairs location) in Kansas. And of course the store in Easton Town Center (outside) was huge but I hadn't seen that one in person.
