yeah sam was also feeling the responsibility because he was the one who called and did a fight with Kay on the phone so he felt if he hadn't called and started the fight, Kay wouldn't have felt to go out away from the baby to hear their fight on the phone

I think thats the underlying tone they author was going for, the stories of a curse seem to encourage unreasonable behavior, as they live in a very unsafe house, being very obsessed with Death. Coupled with Edith senior being very attention seaking , as how else would de media be able to report on the "mole man" and all the details relating to Barberas death.

The family has underlying psychosis. Gregory was autistic, Molly had an eating disorder, Lewis was schizophrenic. The rest were bad luck brought on by fear, except Barbara, who most likely had a psychotic boyfriend who murdered her and ran away, or else she was a gang victim and so was he. Milton is the only inexplicable death and theory is that he fell off his tower late at night and his body is lost to the woods.

Milton's disappearance has a really interesting story. Basically, the devs of this game created another game called "The Unfinished Swan", which is this black and white puzzler style game, and many of the models and paintings in Milton's room look very similar to environments from that game. Also in Unfinished Swan, the king in that game is named Milton. This game implies that Milton Finch found a magic paintbrush and and painted a door to the world of the Unfinished Swan, went through it and became king. Also this is canon. I'm not kidding, the devs confirmed that that is actually what happened to Milton. Completely canon. EDIT: I'm pretty sure the music playing in Milton's room is also from the Unfinished Swan, although I'm not 100% sure on that.

Just had a thought. Since people in the Finch family has this curse the people could have a ton of stress. Making their hair turn white at a younger along with the wrinkles. With stress people lose their hair in terms and have some other things the body can't handle.

If you look around the second floor landing a bit, you'll notice a locked hatch that lead up to the third floor, which lead not only to Sam's room but also up to the attic/roof where the classroom is. After you exit the loft, if you look off the the left, you can see the stairway that lead from the third floor up onto the roof.

Meh, it's probably a bit of a controversial opinion, but I'm not sure if I want to see them finish it on the channel. I love you guys to death, but if ever a game was to be taken somewhat seriously, I think this is defintely one of the more deserving. It just doesn't have the same emotional impact in the narrative without it (especially regarding Lewis's story and the ending).

Im kinda curious what they went in expecting. Tom almost made it sound like he was expecting a horror game which this is definitely not. I dont really mind the comic relief most of the time but especially during "stories" i do wish theyd kinda pay more attention to the story
