I shave my toy poodle’s face; keeps him clean and looks like classic poodle. You’re a good mom. I put mine in our bathtub with a rubber-ducky and he actually swims and plays for a while before I start washing him down; he loves his bath; runs towards the bathtub when I start the water for him.

He’s always been pretty good, I think it may be a temperament thing with this breed. I just make sure the water isn’t scorching hot and remain gentle. There’s other dogs that actually enjoy bath time 😂

@@gabrieliediaz371 yeah np! I’d say watch as many teacup & toy poodles videos. Teacups are definitely harder to walk with around the house or anywhere. That’s the only negative thing. They’re so easy to get stepped on or hurt especially if a lot of ppl are around and not as aware as u of their presence. Go with your gut as far as size. I plan on getting a second teacup though

Congrats on your new puppy 💕 the products I used were given to me by his vet since he has allergies that affects his skin. But the blue stuff is tear stain shampoo. It helps remove the dark marks under their eyes as well as the smell.

Great breed. I only have experience with him as a teacup and he really doesn’t make a sound unless he hears the door. He’s conditioned himself to where he hears the garage door or front door he barks out of excitement because he knows I’m finally home or my bf is arriving home. He barks if he can’t see well and sees shadows. Besides that he’s not a headache at all and pretty much so easy to train and not loud or barks really

Toy poodles shake like that at times no matter the temperature. Mine does that to make me think she's cold just so I can pick her up to snuggle. The shaking immediately stops when I do. What a good momma that puppy has!!!

So far yes! They’re very attached so expect for it to follow you around. They’re smart and they pretty much are self taught for the most part. You just have to give them a lot of attention and be cautious and mindful since they’re so small but besides that, easy.

Yes I work, when I first got him, I was working from home so it was easier for me to care for him but with this breed I wouldn’t leave him alone for too long. The most I’d say is maybe 2/3 hours the most.
