I got a little sick day 3-5. Nothing bad though. Now a few weeks in, I’m sick again. A little worse, stuck inside. It definitely happens, it’s unavoidable for foreigners who aren’t used to the water and food. But usually the sickness isn’t too bad if you’re careful
