Wow, they do have long days. I was checking the weather app on my computer and it says the sunrise today in Reykjavik was 4:52 am and the sunset is 10:12 pm. Also, the record high for this day was 63F/17C in 2014. The highest temperature predicted for the next week in Reykjavik is 58F/14C. Yikes! lol 😬

As Iceland is quite near to the UK, you will find that there are many brands that you have seen in the UK are also found in Iceland. You'll also find that the language when spoken is very similar to English because of viking influences. Also the population of Iceland is only 340,000 which is less than the smallest state by population in the USA, Wyoming.

I went to iceland in february for a school trip. We were there on my birthday and it was covered in snow and it was absolutely stunning. I went to many of the popular destinations and I loved the blue lagoon! I wanna go back so bad.... have the best time I miss it❤️
