His desctiptions..no matter what they might be either of something simple or a whole flea market stand worth of things to describe..they all are some of thee most vivid stories I've heard for damn sure. Joe really has a beautiful visualization of his whole life and all He encounters He can and will bring you within his own vision. We are so lucky to have him still around. To have any of these guys around still is a fucking miracle. I hope Joe makes more movies. I'm always on the fucking lookout for his works. I wonder if he writes music of any sort I bet its epic as hell. Much respect Joe for all the shit you've put up with and been thru.

These podcasts are fucking awesome and Raab's story of seeing Novak walking up the street and praying for him and his comment of how it's easy to quit shooting drugs and quit drinking but it's not easy to live after doing that really struck a chord with me. It's so true and I'm so glad that they were both able to do it.

this interview is gold loooool flat out gold. i can entirley relate to franz and bam in the story when they were shooting 96 quite bitter beings. that was around the time before smart phones and a bunch of social justice warriors spawned the earth i miss those times. so youre just going to buy some heap car no license plate no permits and run it into a bridge? .... uh yeah?? i miss that era of time! that was around the time haggard came out and i was looking for a copy of it to buy i went to a bunch of movie stores that didnt have it and things were not really on the internet at this time so i remember going to the mall in my town and some new mom and pop movie store opened up and i asked if they had it they said no but we can call you when we do and sell it to you. i said sure and i remember 2 weeks after that the place went out of business lol good times!
