You are actually right, my therapist always tells me when your feeling frustrated or overwhelmed, walk away, take a break and come back to it once you feel better no matter how long it takes. If you don't you will just continue to get more frustrated and never find a solution to the problem at hand. Only a calm n clear mind can change an outcome for the good. Glad you showed the reality in your project . That is real life. Things don't always pan out like we expect. You took your own advice and it came out beautifully! The window curtain is so cute too! No, the hoops would show the plastic liner behind. I tried. I had to make butt holes. Trust me. I tried everything I like to finish looked. I don’t like to see two things, and the coat was amazing deal for $20. I scored for sure I wore it yesterday.

Love the bow tied above light, do another on other light -- it really helps bring the toile theme together and balances the large amount of toile on shower curtain with the lesser amount in the curtain.

We both must have great taste bc I have the same shower curtain(s) & iron frame! lol I didn't have to sew mine though. I bought 2 curtains so I could leave them pulled apart & have the pretty liner showing bc my shower is a bit larger than most. I made a valance too, & have it to the ceiling. It makes the shower area look so pretty & even taller. My bathrm is black/white so that color & pattern is really pretty. Thankfully, no one painted my iron frame & it's still the natural color. It's so pretty. I'm still looking for the perfect pic too. A lot of those were used as vanity mirrors. I'm gonna use mine as a frame though. Getting glass cut for unusual shapes/sizes can get expensive. Your bathrm is definitely pretty princess! 🖤🤍🖤

Sewing can be a challenge, but this project turned out the way I wanted it after I walked away and looked at it from a different point of view, I don’t have a button all attachment and I really don’t want to invest into a bunch of sewing stuff because it’s not really what I wanna do. I think the hardest part was adding on the 14 inches to the side because of the pattern and I lined it too so maybe I went a little over and above, but it’s OK. I really like it. I’ll keep it for a while …you know till I find something else I wanna do so far so good.🩷❤️

Yeah, we have that here too, but it was too thick. It depends on the fabric if you do bigger grommets, which I don’t like the look of it all you can definitely do it in the big fabric or thick fabric. I should say.

I made a shower curtain and all I did was tack strips to the top and tie it in bows. Nothing as beautiful and finished as yours. You inspire me to try, which is so important.

Yeah, I have. I don’t watch a lot of people because I don’t have time. I don’t really watch TV. I know people find that funny because I have a channel, but I’m very busy. Hi Brooke, I love the trench coat that you purchased. It’s unique and classy. Your bathroom redo is gorgeous. You did an awe job. I purchased black toille fabric a few years back and made a valance and cafe curtain for a small window in a cabin. And guess what? I have the cast iron frame, however, it has a chain on it to hang it on a wall.

Oh red would be pretty. I love red transfer ware and it's hard to find. Blue is everywhere. Had to go to a replacement store an hour away to get a few pieces, in their basement...Glad I didn't have one of my dizzy spells that day...

Hi my friend… After I saw yours, I’ve been looking for over a year for a curtain . I’m glad I didn’t give them to you either lol. A little bit. Frustrating in between I’m doing another project at the same time. Just try to get a few things wrapped up. It’s winter now so I’m hibernating.

You did an amazing job!!! It's beautiful!!😊 I just wanted to tell you that I found a huge bath towel just like the fabric you make into your set!!!!! I wish I could afford to mail it to you. You could make a bath mat out of it. It's in perfect condition. It is very thick and it's lovely!! At the time; there was only one 😢!! I was so wishing that there were two to make a set. I love it so I just brought the one anyway!! It would be so perfect in your gorgeous bathroom. Love ❤ your shows.😊

Oh wow cool thanks for sharing. I haven’t looked around for a bath mat, but I haven’t found anything I quite like I don’t think I want it to match. I’m thinking of a thin stripe.
