Oh my word 😮that coat is to die for!! $25.00? Wow! The frame is amazing! Gold would look wonderful! Oh I like your tree! I agree the curtain would be nice for winter, may help with the warmth too. I love toile, especially black. Oh Brooke love the little curtain! Brooke how about the curtain hoops that gave the clips that you hang your fabric from? I’ve found them at thrift stores too but Walmart, Amazon they all have them. Oh Brooke it looks fantastic!!! Way to power thru!!❤

No, the hoops would show the plastic liner behind. I tried. I had to make butt holes. Trust me. I tried everything I like to finish looked. I don’t like to see two things, and the coat was amazing deal for $20. I scored for sure I wore it yesterday.

The matching shower curtain is to die for. ❤ Shower curtains are on my to-do list. Like you, I'm just trying to figure it all out, and yes, the frustration is real..... I love the shower curtain and the cafe curtain. I am not a sewer so I have to figure things out and I walk away from things a lot as well. I made a shower curtain and all I did was tack strips to the top and tie it in bows. Nothing as beautiful and finished as yours. You inspire me to try, which is so important.

Yeah, we have that here too, but it was too thick. It depends on the fabric if you do bigger grommets, which I don’t like the look of it all you can definitely do it in the big fabric or thick fabric. I should say.

Oh red would be pretty. I love red transfer ware and it's hard to find. Blue is everywhere. Had to go to a replacement store an hour away to get a few pieces, in their basement...Glad I didn't have one of my dizzy spells that day...

I agree that temporarily walking away from a problem is sometimes the best solution.🚶‍♀For example, I go for a long walk and it clears my head. Sometimes the solution pops into my head overnight. Or not. But it’s always worth a try to take a break.

Love the B&W toile! Doesn’t it seem like shower and bathroom window curtains are the hardest things to find? FINALLY found the perfect one for a vacation rental and it was a mile longer than the liner!! So I’ll be hemming it even using those curtain hangers that hold the liner shorter than the curtain. Ugh! Yeah, I have. I don’t watch a lot of people because I don’t have time. I don’t really watch TV. I know people find that funny because I have a channel, but I’m very busy. I don’t like leave a lot of free time because I like to stay busy I enjoy projects. I enjoy the movement and I enjoy creating. I have a little 18 or 19 inch TV in my bedroom that I turn on once in a while I don’t have cable or anything though.

If you have Line drapes always run a basing stitch at intervals on your curtain before you cut them it keeps the lining in place to the curtain material as well as it helps with making a hem on the sides.

That is a great tip! I get myself an a maybe not an A+ but I give myself an I added it on 14 inches and sold it with the lining so I’m pretty proud of myself

Im wondering if you cant just hand sew those little grommets on to the top of your shower curtain. Its a bit more labor intensive but i think that would work as well. Plus that would fit on the hook. We have had a good dump of snow and -20c temps, although this week it was warmed up. 6c yesterday, so it's all good. I love all 4 seasons, but winter just last too long here in Edmonton.
