Don't keep tooth brush in bathroom ,... As you said for towel the same thing will be applicable for tooth brush

A tip that naru(loofa)think that causes ringworm fungus causes I got the same but not as severe as yours but it should be kept in sunlight dried in proper way and so many it’s actually hard and due to wetness and re usage without proper care it causes skin allergies if possible don’t use a loofa go for weekly chemical exfoliation or use silicone loofa
