4:18 It's not Garba or anything. It's called Kolata or Kolatam ( కోలాటం). It's a folk dance native to Telangana. It's there since the time of Kakatiyas. We have inscriptions in old temples which show the dance. In olden days and even today many villages in Telangana have Kolatam troupe or teams.
