This is completely missable and a lot of players never explored the visitor's center in-depth. Joker is often considered to have the least depth in this game, but I think there's a lot more to the character than people give it credit for. Another thing is actually if you look away from the joker TV head it will change its pose when you look back at it foreshadowing that the joker was the one there the whole time with a tv over his head

I feel like this is bad writing on rocksteady’s part. It’s a cool fact and all BUT i feel like the real Batman would pick up on that. If you use detective mode is it actually a body or not? I haven’t tried

I mean, it might not even really be Joker. Could just be a random thug that joker tasked into doing that for. But the most likely reason is that it’s just a video game and rocksteady just wanted to add more stylistic flare to the creepy immersive world of Arkham.

I like to think with this particular dialogue shown in the video that that in of itself was a reference to the Batman was actually the crazy one theory. In that Bruce Wayne was the one who ended up in Arkham after the death of his parents and started making up his own characters that each reflect who the villains are to Batman

For as much as I loved Arkham City and Arkham Knight, the creepiness and horror that Arkham Asylum had is what helped really make it special. I get it would have been harder to keep that factor in City and even more so in Knight but abandoning the horror aspect in Asylum felt like a mistake to me.

I loved the map, menus, and the HUD much more in Asylum than City. I always hated it how they changed it to that computer blue. The comic retro style was perfect!

It's really interesting because Batman does have a bit of a complex. And as we know by now, the city was essentially destroyed by the events of city and knight, leaving a lot of work reparations to be made despite Batman's best efforts. Some of the destruction even being caused by Batman as he either intentionally or accidentally destroyed shit with his jet powered tank

My favorite Joker interaction in Arkham Asylum is the last interaction before the you go there to confront the Clown Prince of Crime. And it's mainly due to the two jokes he makes.

The Arkham series is loosely based on the animated series but it isn’t set in the Timmverse. The characters look similar and have some of the same voice actors/actresses. But the events unfolded differently. For instance Barbara was never crippled by Joker in the Timmverse. And Jason Todd didn’t ever become Robin in the Timmverse
