So, how does he switch gadgets like that? Does he tap the Gadget wheel button to toggle between them? Is it like 'it toggles between your last two used gadgets'? Or does it have something to do with the PC-version of the game?

PC do have hotkeys for every gadgets. Idk about the console tho.

Pc have hotkeys for quick gadget switching yeah. 1 for batarang, 2 for batclaw and so on
